- Day 1 : Yangon-Bagan by Express Bus
Departure from Yangon to Bagan (431 miles) by highway express bus (Departure time 6:00PM). Nice and Sound sleep on the Bus.
- Day 2 : Early morning (around 5:00 AM) arrive Bagan
Arrive at Nyaung Oo Highways express bus compound and transfer to hotel (Check in time 14:00). Take a rest at hotel lobby. Start Bagan sightseeing; NyaungOo Market (a colorful local market), the most significant Pagodas and temples of Bagan including Shwezigon Pagoda (Beautiful shape), Wet Kyi Inn GupyaukGyi (mural paintings), Htilominlo (great motifs and plaster curving), Tharabar Gate (entrance of city wall at Bagan Era AD-876), Ananda Temple (masterpiece of architecture and design), AnandaOakyaung (18 century mural painting, Thatbyinnyu Temple) the higest temple in Bagan, rising 201 feet. Sunset at Bupaya Pagoda : a Pyu style pagoda on the bank of Majestic Ayeyarwaddy River. Nice and Sound sleep in Floral Breeze Hotel (Superior Room).
- Day 3 : Mt.Popa // Bagan-Yangon by Express Bus (B)
After breakfast, drive to Mt. Popa is one and half hours’ drive away from Bagan, also fames for the official home of Mahagiri Nats (brothers and sisters) during Bagan Period therefore one of the most important sites of nat worship in Myanmar. A covered stairway leads up to the 737 meter-high hill, from which there is a fine view over the plain and the whole of Mt Popa. Here you can also get to meet the monkeys on the peak and beg for nuts and sweets. Then returns back to Bagan and transfer to Nyaung Oo Highways express bus compound for Bagan to Yangon by bus (Departure time 6:00PM).
